Crosstown Learning Center closes for the day some holidays and for professional development days. Crosstown closings are listed in the sidebar of this website.

Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather and potentially unsafe driving conditions, please watch local television stations for Crosstown’s status, the school’s Facebook page (link to https://www.facebook.com/CrosstownLearningCenter), and the Alert banner at the top of this website’s home page. We also use the Remind app to send texts to parents and staff about important changes to our schedule. If you did not sign up for Remind as part of the enrollment process, please see Kathryn Black to register your cell phone number. We do not always follow the lead of Tulsa Public Schools.

If Your Child Will Be Absent

If your child will be absent from school, please call 918-582-1457 by 9:00am to let the front desk know your child will not be in the classroom that day.

Referral Program

Our happy families are our best referral sources! Instead of buying expensive ads to tell people when we have openings, we’d rather bring one of your friends into the Crosstown family and reward YOU.

For each family you refer, you will receive $50 after they have completed their first 90 days at Crosstown. Please ask Angela Sutterfield, our Family Support Specialist, any questions you have about our referral program.
